We had an incredible stay at this caravan! The value for money was unbeatable, and the customer service was top-notch. When the fridge broke, it was replaced immediately. The bedding smelled amazing, and there was a great selection of DVDs for all ages. The living room and kitchen were spacious, clean, and modern. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space. The arrival tea and coffee pack, along with some sweets for the kids, was a nice touch. The direct access to the beach made it convenient for our family. Richard, the host, was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Fantasy Island and next door to Butlins for a day pass. It was also only a short drive or bus ride into Skegness. The value for money was unbeatable, with the freshest smelling bedding and a stack of DVDs for all ages. The customer service was outstanding, with instant replacement of a broken fridge. We had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday, and even had a key to a shortcut to the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and we even had a little welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, sweets. The direct access to the beach was a godsend, especially with kids and a dog. The site was clean, quiet, and had a shop and laundrette. our stay was amazing and I would definitely book again.
